VNG, short for videonystagmography, is a range of tests that evaluate the health of your inner ear and central motor function. VNG testing can uncover the root cause of your vertigo, dizziness or balance issues, and allow your audiologist to treat it effectively.

Videonystagmography testing usually includes the following procedures: calibration test measuring saccades, spontaneous nystagmus test in light and dark, gaze test, tracking test and positional testing.

At Southern New Hampshire Vertigo & Balance Center, we have the state-of-the-art vestibular diagnostic equipment required to carry out VNG testing and more.
